    i sleep on my side, but lately the sleeping-induced pain in my hip/leg has become impossible to manage. it's been so bad the last two days that i've *had* to "sleep" on my back. but that's quite painful in lots of other places and makes me so dizzy that i literally nearly fall over when i try to get up, if i'm like that for any length of time. and i can't sleep on my other side as it sets off my heart arrhythmia. (and i got my cartilage piercings in that ear as i knew i couldn't sleep on it lol)

    so! i need something super soft to cushion my hip (and dislocating shoulder) on my sleeping side that could go on top of the mattress. which is lovely and supportive, but not very forgiving, i guess.

    thank you

    (please boost but only if you don't mind)

    edited just to say: memory foam is not possible for me

      @MoonCat this sounds like something you could benefit from as well.

        @moonrabbit I've used regular body pillows for years and I love them. A memory foam type would be good for comfort and support.

          @moonrabbit When I was pregnant, I remember seeing pregnancy pillows that fit the description of the pillow you are looking for. I never had to use it, but I have seen one at a friend’s place. She could sleep only with that pillow.

          I hope you find a solution. This sounds so painful and uncomfortable for you. 😞 I am sorry!

            @kinsale42
            are they big enough to lie on or are you just meant to kind of wrap around them?

            memory foam is out for me, i'm afraid.

            thank you!

              @moonrabbit I had a regular full body pillow years ago, loved it. A fam has a pregnancy pillow that envelopes one on 3 sides and loves it. I imagine it could help.
