@fkamiah17 They are. The relentless nuances of relentless horror are awful to absorb. I am struck each time by the fact that when one masked ICE-thug shoots someone point blank, none of the other secret masked ICE-thugs instinctively tries to help the victim. They don't even check if the victim is still alive. They just stand back. They don't make instinctive moves to restrain the gunman or assist the victim. The lack of basic involuntary instinctive compassion is terrifying to see.

@CiaraNi @fkamiah17 He has a literal military force at his command. The National Guard is the state's standing armed forces. If his civilian police force are unable or unwilling to arrest the murder gang, the Guard are there.

@Lazarou @fkamiah17 this is what keeps going through my mind. It's so unsettling, I feel restless and entirely bogged down by fatigue at the same time. We can get through this, but it's likely to get harder before it gets better. Prepping my mind for all the possible outcomes is a lot to handle, but Alex and Renee have had the chance stolen from them, so it's up to us.

After the exchange, the guy was on his knees on the ground, both hands and neck controlled by the agent. Then shots. Then more shots.
Not law enforcement. Provocation followed by an execution.

@gimulnautti Yeah, I've seen the clips, they're horrifying. I was just as disturbed by the other guy they stopped later on, who was just trying to get away from the tear gas.
