I should be doing a million hours of ironing to unwrinkle my brain some, and have thus re-boosted many photos of the boys.

@sinituulia Do you iron for mental stability? Like Stephanie Plum's mom in the Janet Evanovich books?
I really thought that was not a believable thing!

@GinevraCat Haven't read the books, but yes! It's reasonably enjoyable to me, even if it's boring enough that I can only do a lot of it if I'm also listening to something else.
Making the crinkly, shronkled, messy thing smooth and shiny and flat, with precision and effort? *Wonderful* to me

Have gotten enough ironing done that the cats will now fit into the ironing bin, but sadly I now have way too many clean clothes, and can't comfortably fit all of them on my wardrobe.
Should probably move some of the summer shirts and such onto another one, but... Nhh, brain. -

@sinituulia I have already liked all of those pictures in the past, so I'm commenting to let you know I appreciate them.

@Gulleko @sinituulia Just assume that we clicked the favourite button three times, basically

@sindarina @Gulleko This information is also appreciated!
I figured there's still people who haven't seen them, and people who would not mind seeing them again

Should probably move some of the summer shirts and such onto another one, but... Nhh, brain.Have put most of my summer shirts on the inferior rack. Inferior because it's much dinkier than the A-frame bamboo one, being cheap and containing plastic bits where metal should have been used, and already a little bit taped together. We'll see if its structural integrity holds until spring and summer, when I'll probably want those shirts, skirts and trousers again...
I may have too many clothes, but also the seasons go from +35C to -35C, so there's something of a range one requires

A sir is definitely appreciating my efforts. He does fit into the ironing bin again!

"But Sini, you've been doing a lot of ironing... Just how much ironing was there in the bin previously?"
Oh. You know. About as high as the tips of Karvinen's ears.

@sinituulia interesting door you have there. In USA it would be considered a designer item and cost an arm and a leg... simplest hardware imaginable. Just a sign of how corporate interests don't serve anyone but themselves.
Pretty kitty too!
have a nice day.

@Netraven It's a pretty normal door to me, when you want to let the light in but keep noises out! Without it there wouldn't be any natural light in the hallway if the other doors are closed! It's not very new, though, the hardware dates it to at least 30 years ago to my eye but it might be original.
Have a nice day also!

@sinituulia so now you're back down to 0.8 Karvinen of laundry, I see

@PalmAndNeedle Indeed, much more manageable. He is assisting by compressing the laundry further, too.

@sinituulia I am seeing a pattern here over time. The laundry bin is full so you have to do laundry. Then the ironing bin is full so you have to iron. Then your clothing storage is full so you … have to wear more clothes? Spill things on them? Meanwhile somehow the ironing bin is full again. Oh wait, that just a Sir filling it up
So then, you make more clothes! -
