@Natasha_Jay Apparently someone realized any US company can be ordered to supply information to any US government agency and be barred from even discussing they received such an order, let alone what information was shared...
Meanwhile the EU still believes in its latest data agreements with the US even though they are not really in the spirit of the GDPR and the EU basic rights charter.

Vielleicht wäre ja aus juristischer Sicht interessant, ob es da einen sinnvollen Rechtsweg für Betroffene (wohl potenziell alle in B-W) gibt. Oder gar eine Möglichkeit zu einer Verbandsklage o.ä.

@praesolgka Auch wenn ich vermuten würde, dass es wenn, dann eher in anderen Gerichten als einem OLG landen würde (Verwaltungsrecht wohl? Oder falls evtl. in dem Fall ein direkter Weg zum LVerfG oder BVerfG offen wäre...)
