I try to do comprehensive alt texts whenever I can, but they do take a lot of time, time I sometimes don't have during my working day (and it's not like social media provides any income...)

i've seen people provide the alt text in the replies, then the op edits the top comment or the reply serves as a guide

instead of just complaining, why don't you do that

people who just complain things aren't better, rather than actively working to make things better, are not on the side of good in this world

they are on the side of their ego

if you want more alt text:

1. people provide it cheerfully, they are helping

2. the person suggested the alt text appreciates it

3. then next time they remember to do it themselves

if instead there is harassment of the poster, they don't do alt text
