Playlists for #nowplayingMHC #moshingmammut are starting to fill up. I have added mitigations for youtube (because they have the lowest limit of “tracks in a playlist). Others might follow soon.
Problem: _None_ of the platforms document what their limit actually is. Youtube t least throws me an API error clearly telling me what the issue is. Spotify has a limit at “probably 10.000, but might be 11.000”, but it'S also not. documented. Neither does an API endpoint telling me the limit exist, nor does the documentation mention what error they would throw.Tidal is a giant question mark where the limit might be. Great.

The fix for youtube will get more complicated as soon as other services will run into the same problem. Mainly, the UI handling. But this is a problem for future me
