The approximately one-year-old male cat was abandoned in a locked carrier at a forest parking lot. As we later learned, he probably belonged to a well-known homeless local drug addict. Baron quickly became the favorite of all the shelter staff. He is very people-oriented. No matter who enters the cat room, he immediately befriends them. Despite his negative experiences with humans, he has remained a people-lover. After being neutered and quarantine time, he is sure to find a new home quickly.

The intent of my posts is not to find people to adopt these pets. This German shelter only accepts local adoptions and has a very good placement rate. My intention is to raise awareness of all the beautiful pets in shelters out there waiting for you to be their hero. Go to your local shelter to find your new pet. Adopt! Don't shop!
