I've tried this orange blender cake recipe in four iterations and I still can't make it work.

The crumb just always has these condensed, fudgy parts that just don't rise and get fluffy.

I think I'm going to give up on it barring new insights.

@larsmb Did you use Eevee or Cycles in the end? It might make a difference
