#TIL there are scientific approaches to dice an #onion.
Personally, I was never a fan of cutting vertically and horizontally, which is the way professional chefs usually apply. Especially the horizontal cuts towards ones other hand seem pretty risky to me. That's why I started cutting onions radially.
