@scummvm I like this schema much more, especially when there aren't 3-4 versions of the same application to be maintained in parallel

I’ve been a big ScummVM user on the iPad — even compiling a version in the 2020 days when Apple released their Magic Keyboard case so I could get your early mouse support!
Because of those beta building shenanigans I came across the (unofficial) TTS feature on mobile. It was pretty awesome. Looking forward to seeing it back in the app.

@dada78641 it depends on the operating system. On Windows, it relies on Microsoft Sam and Anna (and others if you install them), on Linux it leverages speech-dispatcher.
