I learned that the Term „Military Police“ makes very tough American soldiers very quiet instantly.
@Saupreiss Technically they are "Military Police", the German name was explicitly chosen as Police doesn't fall into the Ministry of Defense' juristiction but the States' and Federal and Ministry of Interior.

I would certainly recommend consulting a spechalized lawyer in immigration and asylum cases (i.e. @marcel).
- Pretty shure being ordered to commit a #CrimeOfAggression (which is a #felony in #Germany!) would qualify but @bamf is known to only decide "on a case-by-case basis".
Again: I'm not a lawyer, this is #NotLegalAdvice and I'd recommend anyone in such a situation to seek consultation by a licensed professional.
- If possible seek legal advice beforehand so IF shit hits the fan, one's prepared and could turn themselves in with their lawyer on their side.
