@amPennyfeather if it makes you feel any better, I had 1100 followers on Bluesky but I was rarely posting there because of their weird algorithms. I’d get 1-2 interactions at best, it felt like skeeting into the void. The Fediverse is so much better and more human. I’ve built so many amazing friendships on here

@Em0nM4stodon I never felt right in one capitalist venture being the "solution" to another capitalist venture. I'm glad that Mastodon is finally gaining traction. (Don't really know what is specifically the hot button issue with BlueSky right now, though.)

I just have hard time understanding why did they run from X to Bluesky in the first place, as it had all the building bricks of another nazi bar all over it.

@henrik @bazurk @Em0nM4stodon I don't think they do now as much as before. Bluesky didn't used to be like this. Not anymore.

@Em0nM4stodon left #bluesky about a year ago. Now only on #fediverse -- #mastodon and #diaspora, as well as #linkedin for commercial survival.
If there were a way to prospect for #infosec consulting clients on the fediverse only, I'd quit linkedin at machine speed. almost.

@Em0nM4stodon @bazurk The only responsible way to deal with verification for an account like this is "thank you for providing us the evidence supporting deletion of your account" followed by immediate deletion.
