The Black Panthers were a reaction to open carry gun laws in the US. Instead of fighting the 2. amendment, they embraced it. Instantly, or as soon as they realized that the constitution sees also black people as people with the same rights (paper is patient, I know), white folks weren't so comfy about open carry anymore.
And I bet ICE is more afraid of five blacks with guns than of 1000 white people.
I know you don't wanna hear it, but use your '2.', stock up and show up on the streets. ->
