There seem to be two kinds of people. Those where #matrix mostly just works and those who run into all kinds of issues and complain 24/7 about how awful everything is.

I wonder why I'm in the first group. Seriously, what am I doing different?

@moreentropy that's a fair characterization of the project. I am also in that first bucket and love it. I just wish a lot of matrix wasn't so spooky or overly tech jargon centric so that my non-tech friends don't fall into bucket 2.
