This disappoints my cats.
Squirrels, on the other hand, appear to understand glass, and show no fear as they sit in the feeder for anything up to an hour, while two predators stare at them and try to scratch through the glass to murder them.

Squirrels are smart. They can defeat the very best birdfeeders designed to thwart them and they will sit also for hours on a backyard fence sign themselves while dogs lose their mind over them.

Squirrels are smart. They can defeat the very best birdfeeders designed to thwart them and they will sit also for hours on a backyard fence sign themselves while dogs lose their mind over them.

@GhostOnTheHalfShell @rufustheduck I'm pretty sure I've seen them deliberately wind up dogs in the local park - choosing a really far tree to run to instead one a metre away when the dog's trying to catch them, that sort of thing. It could be a mistake and they're panicking but it doesn't look like it.
