If you go to Profile -> Edit Profile -> Follows and Followers you get a list.

People, who you follow have a single arrow symbol →, mutuals (people, who followed you back) have a two arrow symbol.

I don't think, there is a feature to export the list.

Is it that, what you were asking for.
