@trib One got its wing caught in the tiny gap between my bedroom window frame and the wall. Its flapping drew my attention and I was able to lever the gap a bit wider, fully expecting the poor wee thing to collapse in a teensy heap But no! It flew away with perfect grace (and not a squeak of thanks)
