Hiya everyone! I am running into a fun issue with BundID no longer functioning correctly for me due to the Dutch government having shared unwanted information regarding my transition.

I am looking for a lawyer from whom I might be able to get some advice / who might be willing to represent me in a case against the German federal government or the Dutch government.

Do any of you know a lawyer or legal expert who'd be willing to help or give their two cents on this?

Both of them have much experience in fighting against the German government when it doesn't properly respect certain human rights. At least they might know which lawyers you could contact.

@englram @VanuPhantom @Freiheitsrechte @fragdenstaat tinrechtshilfe.de/ and freiheitsrechte.org/ have been working together in cases for trans and nonbinary rights in Germany. That should be the best contact. tinrechtshilfe also knows specialised lawyers for cases like that.

fonds-selbstbestimmt.de/ has good (personal) connections to tinrechtshilfe.
