@mcourcel @bmoore123 So let me get this straight. The standard version won't let you fill out forms, but the portable version will? I mean, I'm not gonna shoot a gift horse in the mouth, but, that sounds weird.
@Rosalyn @bmoore123 Standard version should let you do that as well. I was just sniffing around and found a portable one is all.
-
@mcourcel with there beedy little heads and flapping heads so full of lies. ROFL
@JamminJerry Is that in the Southpark song. It's been so long.

@Rosalyn @mcourcel @bmoore123 ah yes foxit reader. I only have the portable one, and I do love the accessibility. I think that the standard one would let you as well.
-
@mcourcel Oh, intriguing. Does the JAWS virtual cursor or NVDA browse mode automatically work with Foxit Reader, or do you have to do something else like bring up the document in a web view?

@mcourcel here you go. I think I typed it right, but here is the song to see if I am right.

Well, it's official. I can finally kick good old crappy Adobe Reader to the curb. In comes Foxit PDF reader, as they've enabled accessibility support. Plus, I have found a portable version of it and it even lets you fill out PDF forms. So Adobe go bye bye and now I have something that is actually quite snappy to use. Yay! https://portableapps.com/apps/office/foxit_reader_portable
@mcourcel The company I worked for in 2004 was installing that on all their computers back then. At the time, it was completely inaccessible, which sort of went against the mission of the company. Good times.

@BorrisInABox Lololol, yup. It took them a while to finally implement it.

@SirMars @Ranger1138 Yeah, not sure when. I did try it in the summer and it was a bit buggy. Tried it again today and was quite impressed.

@tinygirl Does the IRS have any of those? They have to be accessible of course. Our Canadian equivalent has them and they work great with this thing.
